This resort is a hidden gem! My cabin was spacious and spotless, and I absolutely loved the tranquil location right by the canal, away from the noise of the town. The staff were not just friendly; they genuinely cared about our comfort. However, the boathouse service was a letdown, as we ended up sharing the boat with others and didn't get the privacy we had hoped for.

I had an overall wonderful experience at Palmgrove Lake Resorts, particularly enjoying the charming cottages and the serene atmosphere by the backwaters. The staff, especially Philip, were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us and providing tasty meals, albeit with some advance notice. Some minor downsides were the necessity to order meals ahead of time and the presence of a few bugs due to the open bathroom design. Still, the unique experience and the beauty of the location made it worthwhile.
